We take pride in only sending out items that pass our quality checks to ensure that every customer is pleased with their purchases. Rest assured that we do not want you to receive anything less than satisfactory.
However, if you feel that what you ordered is faulty, please email us immediately at email@example.com, providing your Order No., details of the fault and a photograph of the fault. We will replace your order when we have confirmed that the item is faulty.
As soon as your returned item reaches our office, we will send you an email notification. Exchange of faulty items must be requested within 7 days of receiving them. Do take note that there will be no exchange requests entertained except for incorrect order sent and that the returned items are your responsibility until they reach our office. Only a one-to-one exchange is allowed and there are strictly no cash refunds.
